‍Welcome to Confero, a product developed and maintained by Aetherius d.o.o. (“Aetherius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Confero website (www.confero-app.com) and Confero mobile applications (the “Service”).

By accessing or using Confero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

‍1. About Confero
‍Confero is a customizable conference and event mobile application that enables organizers to manage schedules, attendees, networking, sponsors, notifications, and engagement tools. The Service is fully developed and operated by Aetherius d.o.o., located in Serbia.

‍2. Eligibility
‍By using Confero, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use complies with all applicable laws and event policies.
‍Access to the Service is granted exclusively to attendees, organizers, partners, and parties who have been authorized by the event organizer.

‍3. Access to the Service
‍You may access the Service only if: you have purchased a ticket or gained authorized access to a specific event, the organizer has included you in the attendee list, you use the email provided during event registration,  you comply with all event rules and organizer policies. The organizer reserves the right to revoke or modify your access at any time.

‍4. User Accounts
‍To use Confero, you must create an account using a valid email address.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, ensuring all information you provide is accurate, activity that occurs under your account.
We may disable or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

‍6. Acceptable Use
‍You agree NOT to: misuse the platform or attempt to bypass security,send spam, abusive messages, or harassment through the chat,impersonate others,upload harmful content or malware,collect data from other users without consent.We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

‍7. Event Organizer Responsibilities
‍Event organizers are responsible for: providing accurate attendee data, ensuring proper permissions for data usage, communicating with attendees about Confero, determining event-specific rules and settings within the app. Aetherius is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete attendee data provided by organizers.

‍8. Service Availability
‍We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee: uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, zero data loss, immediate issue resolution. Scheduled maintenance or server load may temporarily affect performance.

‍9. Payments & Billing
‍Pricing for using the Service is defined individually per event and may vary depending on: event size, required customizations, add-ons, annual hosting, and support needs. All payments are handled by Aetherius under separate agreements with event organizers.
Users (attendees) are never charged directly for accessing the app.

‍10. Intellectual Property
‍All trademarks, branding, code, and design elements of Confero remain the intellectual property of Aetherius, except for: content uploaded by event organizers, logos and branding provided by clients. Organizers retain rights to their own content.

‍11. User Content
‍Users may upload profile information, messages, images, and other data. You grant Aetherius a non-exclusive, limited license to process and display this data solely to provide the Service. You agree not to upload: copyrighted content without permission, offensive, harmful, or illegal material.

‍12. Data & Privacy
‍We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes: names, emails, profile details, analytics, networking interactions, optional interests, and preferences. Data is used exclusively for running the Service and enhancing user experience. We do not sell personal data.

‍13. Third-Party Integrations
‍Confero may integrate with services such as: Supabase, Google Firebase, Analytics tools, and Push notification providers. These providers may process data as part of delivering the Service.

‍14. Termination
‍We may suspend or terminate your account if: you violate these Terms, you misuse the platform, the event ends, the organizer requests account removal. You may stop using the Service at any time.

‍15. Limitation of Liability
‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetherius is not liable for: indirect or incidental damages, network or connectivity issues, incorrect attendee data provided by organizers, interactions or disputes between attendees, lost messages or data, third-party service failures. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

‍16. Changes to the Terms
‍We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes significantly affect users, we will notify organizers, who will inform their attendees. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
